Court Reporting Litigation Package

Our Litigation Package includes electronic copies of the transcript, as well as a keyword index. If video services have been purchased, then the transcript is synced with the video time stamps so the witness's demeanor can be reviewed along with their statement. The keyword index is a significant boon in time savings when needing to find important portions of a transcript.

ASCII Disk

Read-only storage medium of the transcript. For archival purposes, delivery to third-party court reporting agencies that have networked with us.

Electronic Copy

A digital copy of the transcript that is much more convenient and easily transported compared to a printed copy. Printed copies are available, or can be printed from the electronic copy or ASCII disk.

Condensed Transcript

A less paper intensive version of the transcript that contains 4 pages on a single page and in a smaller font that's still readable.

Keyword Index

An index of every word from the transcript and the pages that each word appears on. The index allows an important portion of the transcript to be easily located and referenced.

How long does it take to receive my transcript?

We offer 3 options for delivery, based on your needs:

Normal Delivery - two to three weeks to receive the transcripts
Rush Delivery - anything less than two weeks, 7 to 10 days is pretty typical
Daily Copy - transcript will be received either at the end of the same day or first thing the following morning
